The facilities where great, we had full use of the gym and spa which was great because we cancelled our hotel because it didn’t have a sauna or pool. We didn’t actually use the pool. You have to wear a swimming cap, which I’m cool with the rules but my husband is bald and was told he didn’t have to have then we felt judged by the locals. Was no biggy though. All good. That was the only small negative which the gym isn’t run by the hotel. We got an upgrade on our room which was a really nice touch considering we were celebrating my husbands birthday. We got a card and cake to the rook to on the day of his birthday which was a great touch. We had breakfast included, once we found the breakfast room. The hotel is a bit of a maze. Breakfast is delicious, lots of hot and cold options, great quality food and lots of options with lots of tea & coffee options.

I really liked stay at this hotel every time when I arrived in Bucharest ,I m choosing this hotel ,due the location on the heart of Bucharest close to the Ateneu , for a very nice helpful friendly & professional staff – The hospitality was exceptional, with the staff always being welcoming, helpful, and attentive to guests’ needs I received a upgrade and that was a good surprise .The apartment was spacious, well-designed, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the cleanliness was impeccable. I stayed in the red area .

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Staff were super friendly and kind and helpful. My room was upgraded for free which was amazing. The bathroom was luxurious and I had a wonderful bath. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom had perfect lighting. My junior suite was spacious and comfortable and had everything I could possibly need. The bar/restaurant was relaxing and served amazing coffee. They kept my baggage so I could sightsee on my last day. Just superb in every way.

My nearly month experience at the hotel was a great experience, the only thing that I would suggest would be really keeping up on the requested to the room service, on a regular biases I found my self going downstairs to the main desk to ask for certain services that I had asked from my room phone, but these services were not taken seriously .. even at times waiting up to an hour just to get coffee and sugar,. other then that they treated me very well.

We got a free upgrade to a big, beautiful one-bedroom apartment when we arrived, which was a really nice surprise. The hotel is in a great location, and the front desk staff were super friendly. They even let us park right out front for a few minutes to check in and drop off our luggage before returning our rental car—really appreciated that.
